Similar to Competition Rules, Anti-Doping Rules govern the conditions under which the sport is conducted. Athletes and all other associated persons agree to abide by these rules as a prerequisite for participation, making them binding on all participants.
These sport-specific rules and procedures are designed to enforce anti-doping policies in a globally consistent and harmonized manner. They are distinct in their nature and are not intended to be constrained by national legal standards or requirements related to criminal proceedings or employment law. Courts, arbitral tribunals, and other adjudicating bodies are urged to recognize and respect the unique nature of the Anti-Doping Rules outlined in the Code. These rules represent a globally agreed-upon framework established by a broad range of stakeholders committed to maintaining fairness in sport.
The Anti-Doping Rules apply to the iF3, its National Federations, and all Athletes or other individuals involved in iF3 activities. This includes anyone participating in events, holding membership, or receiving accreditation within the iF3 or its National Federations.
